Scrolling issue

Hi, when we click on your stuff , scroll bar will not work most of the times. we need to refresh page multiple times to view all the files.

I have this issue too on my Mac but not my Windows PC. I can scroll using the arrow keys but not the trackpad.

  1. What browser and version are you using?
  2. Is this issue occurring on multiple devices or just one? 
  3. Are you encountering this issue with specific types of files or folders? 

 

Also, if you've recently installed any pop-up blocker or third-party plugins/Extensions, try to disable them and check again.

Hey @default38942241ductez, I just tried replicating this on my end, and it seems to work fine. Would you mind trying once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're working on? Clearing the cache/cookies generally resolves such issues. Let us know if you're still having issues with the Adobe Express app.
