SE QUEDA EN 20% RECOPILANDO DATOSA y no descarga video en Adobe Express

Desde navegador hasta la aplicacion de ADOBE EXPRESS intento descargar video de proyecto y no me deja, ya borre cache de navegador y no me deja descargar video aun.

YA REALICE LOS PASOS , y aun no puedo . Ya cerre sesion, ya desisntale la aplicacion de windows de adobe express , y probe otro navegador, pese a esto en navegador y aplicacion en ambas se queda en este avance y luego da error. Como puedo comprobar el peso de mi archivo, solo es 1 minuto no creo que sea demasiado.

To check your project's size and length, try looking at the total video duration and the number of elements or effects used in the project, as these can impact processing time. Sometimes, very large or complex projects may cause export delays.

As a workaround, you might try:

  • Exporting shorter parts of the video separately to see if smaller files export successfully

  • Simplifying your project by reducing animations or effects, if possible
