Selecting 4K Output

Hello! The 4K resolution is 4096x2160, but when I select 4K as the output, the resulting file is much smaller. How can this issue be resolved?

Thank you @Tarun Saini  for your help! For example, I manually set the size to 4096x2160. After that, I want to export it with my custom size. I am using the Edge browser. However, when I click on the downloaded file and check the properties, it shows only 3840x2024. I'm not sure if I'm making a mistake or why the correct resolution isn't being downloaded. We're sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please let us know the file exported size? Can you share a screen recording of the issue to better assist you further? 

 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.
