Share button does not work

When clickling the share button the dialogue box to choose when and where does not appear.

Could you please give more information on this issue? Are you still having trouble with it? Since when did it start happening? Is this option greyed out, or do you get an error when downloading it? Please provide us with a screen recording of the workflow so we can understand and investigate this issue better.
