Share button doesn't load when clicked

I have used Edge and Chrome on my windows desktop for over a year with adobe express to post media for my business (storyboard artist) and for the last several weeks the share button, when clicked, doesn't load, just greys out.

I had to work on something else for about 3 weeks and came back and you STILL haven't fixed it. I have done everything I can think of on my end. Cleared history and cookies and caches... Signed in and out multiple times, incognito mode.... Nothing... So it must be on your end. I've been an adobe customer for almost 20 years and I need this thing to work so I can do MY work. Please please please please get this working ASAP.

    Thanks for raising this - I have shared this issue with the wider team. For now, as you say a refresh usually solves it.

    Same for me as well. I have tried using both Safari and Chrome and the same problem happens--Share button does nothing. Only after refreshing (sometimes multiple times) will the Share button load the pop-up page. (I'm running OS Ventura Version 13.6.1, and I recently cleared my histories and cookies).

    Same happening for me. I'm a new user, MAC Studio, using Safari. Managed to schedule one post, then share button stopped working.
