Hi @Northwest29778056nk7l,

Could you share a screen recording of the issue you’re experiencing? It would be helpful to see a step-by-step walkthrough of what’s happening.

set the browser zoom to 90% in either Edge or Chrome and click the profile button or notifications and the hover should motion to the right. It doesnt do it at 100%.

My resolution is 2560 x 1600.

Doesnt appear to be an issue on Acrobat web, just express.

Hi

,

Thanks for the info. Could you please let us know what is the version of Microsoft Edge you're using? Please ensure you're using the updated version of the browser.

it relates to the zoom level of the page. If it is set to anything other than 100% then any hover pane will motion to the right and not become visible. This behaviour isnt just on the share pane.

Hi @Northwest29778056nk7l

Thank you for the additional details. I attempted to recreate this issue but was having difficulties doing so. A few additional questions to better understand your environment.

- Is the issue limited to Webpage files?
- How are you zooming in within Express (I don't see a zoom option in Express for webpage files like other file types). I wondered if you were using Windows built in Magnifer for example (Alt+F4)
- What screen resolution are you using?
- What version of Edge are you using?
- Are you on Windows 10 or 11?

- Can you provide the steps to recreate the issue?

Thanks,
Dave
