Share / View-Only Link Not Working

Whenever I try to go to Share > View-only Link, I receive this error message in red (below). I've tried refreshing my browser, clearing my cache, logging out/back in, restarting my computer, ect. Nothing works and I'm unable to generate a share link. I work with a large organization so the review link process is crucial to my workflow. Any tips?

Same thing here. Presantation i need to send to a client but i get the same error. And the export pdf doesnt have hyperlinks or media support ( video playback)

Thanks for testing those. It looks like you're using a Adobe Teams account. I'd recommend opening a support ticket through the admin console as described here as the next step https://adobe.ly/41WGdaO

Thanks, I tried all 3 methods and still no change, the error message still pops-up.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you also please test these to see if they help?

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3XFueMo
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and test from there
