Shared Adobe Library: Unable to create new file from template

I am trying to open a template from a shared library to create a new post but receive the following error message "We're unable to create your new file. Please try again." (see attachment)

When attempting to open the template the preview does not display (see attachment)

I have retried and also tried with other templates in the same library with no success.

 

I have tried to repeat this action in two different browsers, Chrome and Firefox without success.

I have repeated the action after deleting all browser history data on both browsers, again without success.

 

Other known users of the library are not having the same issue and are using the same type of computer, OS, and browsers.

Same issue here. Also, cannot access any templates from mobile app, or any brand assets, including colors and fonts

Can you access these templates, brands, etc, from the web? Are these from a shared file? Did you try restarting the mobile device to see if that helps? Let us know if reinstalling the app helps in accessing the templates.
