Shared files not showing for colleague

I've shared some AdobeExpress files with a colleague, the files are showing as pending at my end, but my colleague has not received an email about them and cannot see them when they log in. 


There are many files I have shared - is there a way to trouble shoot this without individually unsharing and resharing each file?

Just saw your post.

Has your colleague tried clearing the browser cache/cookies yet? Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
Ensuring your colleague is logged into the correct profile also helps.
