Shared Folders never loading

Hi, 

 

My team is experiencing an issue with Adobe Express while trying to collaborate with a client on a shared folder and files. The folder or files endlessly load and don’t allow us to work on it. We’ve already cleared our caches and downloaded the web app, but the problem persists.

Could you advise on what we can do to resolve this?
