Sharing a brand

I have tried to share branding with one of my colleagues (that I created on my profile) but when she clicks on the accept invitation link in the email, she gets the message in the attached file. We are both using premium Adobe Xpress on our company account. We would appreciate some support with this issue as we would like to share branding with all of our international team members.
