Sharing: "Something went wrong. Please try again." "There was an error changing access to public."

I am trying to share a file in Adobe Express, but when I try to approve the invite, I get a "Something went wrong. Please try again," message.

When I try to change the file to "Anyone with the link can access," I receive a "There was an error changing access to public," message.

Can this be resolved? Thanks!
