Show Bleed does not show up after exporting your file for commercial printer

I created a beautiful business card for one of my clients (I can use InDesign) but decided to try Adobe Express it could be easier with the number of photos and design assets available. I didn't realize that my print-ready file did not show a bleed,  as my commercial printer required to ensure there was no white border around it. How are we supposed to use this to design print items if this feature does not work? Also, they don't seem to convert within the platform to CMYK. I know we can do this afterward in Adobe Pro DC, but it would be nice if this was built in as most commercial printers require CMYK and bleed cropmarks. The "show bleed" feature is broken in the Adobe Express desktop platform. Please fix this bug soon.  Here are some screenshots of what I mean.

    Hi Michelle, 

    I appreciate your response so much, and this helps a lot. I didn't even know the "margins" feature was there. This provides helpful margins for expanding your image on the canvas. I struggled a bit at first; I only expanded the image outside the margin and still didn't get the bleed cropmarks to show up. So, you must extend the image all around to the edge for it to work. Thank you! It's weird how there is no video tutorial yet out there. I will make one shortly, as I saw many for the mobile version but not the desktop.

      Hi!

      Looks like there's indeed no bleed in your uploaded image. I'm not sure if this issue has been resolved yet, but I tried it myself and my pdf did download with a bleed.

      Just to be sure, did you turn on "Show Bleed" and "Show Margin" in the document? Did you expand the background image to cover the bleed? In my screenshots you can see the margin and bleed in the Express document, I don't see a margin and bleed area in your screenshot (before exporting to pdf), so maybe that's what went wrong?
