"Show More" button is not showing more - lots of shared templates are missing

When clicking on the "show More" button in the projects folder that houses all the brand templates for the entire team it simply disappears and no more templates are visible. Meaning most of the templates we use daily are not accessible?

 

Is anyone else having this issue? I am the template owner and have tried signing in and out but nothing is working and the whole team can't see the full list of templates.

Tried contacting support but they are "out of office hours" which isn't helpful.

@NovoEd22302610xdy1 - this is what is happening to me also and others in my team. I have been on a call with an Adobe expert who saw the issue for herself - have tried incognito and different browsers. Since the "See More" button works on a different view - this is how we are working with it in the meantime

Hi @RachelMata

Thanks for testing/confirming. I'm unable to reproduce the issue from my side. I'm wondering if the issue is related to you using an enterprise-type account. Could you please open a support ticket through the admin console as the next step?

@David__B  thank you, I have tried all of these fixes. Its not just myself seeing this issue its also my team members who are part of this project and they are based around the world using different browsers - PC and Macs etc. This seems to happen in list view

I am having the same issue. My current work around is accessing the folders from the primary dashboard (i.e. navigating to the adobe express main page and accessing my projects and contained folders that way, but if I attempt to navigate via the side menu when a file is already open, I am unable to see or access more than 2 folders, and the "show more" button disappears when I click it). I am attaching a screenshot showing the "show more" that appears when I attempt to access the rest of my folders in this project (there are 4 total folders), and then the second picture shows how the show more disappears after clicking and no additional folders become accessible.

Does this issue occur consistently using different browsers? I wasn't able to reproduce the issue myself.

Could you please test these and check if you are still seeing the issue in all cases?

Hi,

 

I have had to organise a call with one of your engineers as there is no fix currently. Just to confirm its not just a "me" issue its my whole team across the globe that the "show more" button is not showing more in all parts of the Adobe Express interface so its not really anything to do with the templates as such its effecting the folders and everything within the folders as the buttom seems to be disabled.

    Hi @RachelMata, can you please confirm if you're still facing this issue? An AWS outage occurred on October 20th, 2025, which may have caused this issue. Please let us know if you're able to work on the Adobe Express app without any issues.
