Side Menu is not working

The side menu to add Media, Text, Grids is not working. When you select all that appears is a blank panel.

This sounds like https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32992585. Could you check if an ad-blocker or something like it is blocking access to a network end point essential to the functioning of Adobe Express?
