Side menu - Templates, Media, Text, Elements, and Grids - are not loading

I am unable to add any new elements to new or existing projects in Express because the sidebar menu does not load, with the exception of Your Stuff and Add-ons. I am using Windows and have tried clearing my data/cache in both Chrome and Edge, to no avail for the past two months. While I can edit/copy/paste existing elements in existing projects, it's basically impossible to start a new project or add new elements to an existing project.

Hi Lyn,

As stated in my OP, I cleared my browsing data several times in several browsers, and also tried opening Express in a private window. The issue fixed itself several weeks after my initial post and the tools are loading fine now.

Just saw your post. While I have not seen recent reports about this, I'm here to help!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies yet? Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
