Signing up for webinars

I had made several attempts to sign up for the "Design made easy" webinar on June 11th and this (screen shot) is what keeps happening when I click to validate my information. It seems that I continually don't get added to the list. This is very frustrating as I really want to attend this or at least be able to access it on my own schedule. Please help me sign up for this.
