Skipping imports

Your app, specifically Adobe Express, isn't importing all the files I send to it; instead, it skips them as duplicates—only they're not duplicates. And your app doesn't then tell me where to find them. 

 

If your app does not import the files I request it to work with, how can I force your products to respect my specific wishes and actually import what I want them to?

Hey @MyKnifeJourney, Can you please specify the formats of the files you're trying to import? Also, if possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow showing the duplicates created by the app so we can understand and investigate this. Also, can you please explain more when you say, 'And your app doesn't, then tell me where to find them.'
