Adobe express is very slow and lags while trying to create graphics.

Welcome to Adobe Express Community!!

Are you still experiencing lag using Adobe Express? I'd suggest you try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser. You can also try working on other recommended browsers to check if that makes any difference.

Please refer to Adobe Express: System requirements and check if all requirements are met. Let us know if you still experience lag and slow interface.
