Slow Performance

It is taking an extremely long time for a project to open and display the scenes. I have a 5 minute video with transitions, two 10 seconds or less embedded videos and the rest images. It takes 5 to 10 minutes for all scenes to completely display on the timeline when the project is opened. The PLAY button will spin for several minutes before returning to the PLAY button. Then when I attempt to play the video it buffers often in between scenes.

I just came across this post and wanted to see if the recent bug fixes made a difference.

Since you reported, our engineering team has been working hard to fix this pesky bug.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
