Slow response time

I am using a 2020 Mac book air and every click literally takes 20 seconds for the application to respond. It is very bad and I can't believe such a subsstandard product is released to market. Forget about AI, fix your performance issues first.

Which browser are you using? Could you please DM me your adobe id (e-mail that you sign in with) so we may look into associated performance logs?
