Slow Slow Slow Adobe Express

Adobe Express is constantly slow and lagging to the extent that I can no longer work. Please help. I have already cleared all browser histories and tried Chrome and Safari. It's still not fast enough to carry out even the simplest of tasks and audio and video playback are not synced. Many thanks. I am using a desktop iMac OS Monterey 12.7.6.
