So buggy you need an exterminator.

My kingdom for a functioning version of Adobe Express....I've spent almost 2 hours reloading the background remover page and trying to upload a photo. YES, I cleared cache, all that time wasting stuff. Not sure why any of the troubleshooting suggestions don't troubleshoot - but alas.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you please share a screenshot of the error message?  Please ensure you are on a stable internet connection? Try swtcihing  on another connection to check if that helps.

 

Also,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.
