I'm getting a warning saying IG requires a certain aspect ratio for its feed, which is incorrect. I've attached a capture of the warning, as well as the info Adobe Express provides showing that a 4:5 ratio is accepted. 4:5 is the ratio I'm trying to post.

I'm having this exact same issue and it's incredibly frustrating.  If we resize it in another Adobe product (lightroom, photoshop), why on earth do we have to resize it again - to the exact same dimensions - in another Adobe product?!  Is this a bug that can be fixed?  It's completly halting the workflow.

I'm definitely with you on the need to improve this and have reported this to the team, however for now, you can upload to Express, resize and then press 'schedule' which will allow you to work around this

This adds an extra step when the photo is the correct size already, as resized in Adobe Lightroom, anticipating that all Adobe products would get along.

So I open the 4x5 image in Express, click a button to create a 4x5 image which changes nothing about it, then save it as the exact same image to the same folder it came from, rendering the exact same thing. And only then can I upload it to the scheduler?

This is something Adobe could work out and fix.

Hey @snoozie11 , if you resize this image to 'Instagram Portrait post' in Express, you'll be able to post it without issue.

Thanks!Andy

That's an extra step when the size is correct as it is. I resized it in
Lightroom anticipating that all Adobe products will get along.
