Some keyboard shortcuts are not working.

Issue summary: Not all the keyboard shortcuts are working
Product & version: Adobe Express (web app)
Platform: Newest Chrome on Mac
Steps to reproduce: Some of the keyboard shortcuts won’t work. I can copy and paste (command + V) but I can’t delete using backspace, select all using command+A and other shortcuts I keep discovering don’t work.
Expected result: All keyboard shortcuts should just work
Actual result: Keyboard shortcuts are not working consistently

I’ve cleared history, cashe. etc and tried on Incognito with no success. I don’t use a firewall or VPN.

I am having this issue as well… I use adobe express for work and Ive noticed that the commands you said, I am also having issues using it but oddly when I get to my own personal desktop.. I use opera and for some reason the keyboard shortcuts are working but at work we use chrome and it does not work.. its so weird but also ive noticed that the photos framing part are super super laggy and slow @Amitej S

For instance:
Ctrl+D (duplicate) adds the page I’m working on to favorites so it seems like the browsers shortcuts overrides the AE-shortcuts?

When refreshing it works for a very short period. Very frustrating.

I am also having this same issue. working in Chrome on a Macbook Pro. Backspace delete doesn’t work for me.

Hi @Nic36346596zklr! thanks for reaching out! This shouldn’t be happening.

Could you try the same workflow in a different browser or in a Private/Incognito window to see if the behavior persists?

It would also help to know:

Are any other keys or keyboard shortcuts affected?
Does the Delete key work when editing or deleting text?

Do share your observations along with your device, OS, and browser details. This will help us investigate further, as we’re currently unable to reproduce the issue on our end.

Same thing is happening to me. Everything works fine in other programs. I cannot nudge objects with the arrow keys either.

i cannot delete an element on my keyboard, i have to right click then click delete. It's frustrating.

delete via keyboard is not working. it only works when i mouse right click then click delete

Hi @petersumpton, Are you still having trouble with the shortcuts? We tried to replicate on our end on multiple devices and multiple browsers, including the ones you're using, and it worked fine. It could be an isolated issue.

Can you try on a different browser, like Safari or Firefox, and share your observations here?
