Some students see "Coming Soon" instead of Classroom assignment

One of our teachers has attempted to share an assignment through the Classrooms feature. Some, but not all of her students are only able to see a Coming Soon message, while others who have used the same link can see and complete their assignment without issues.

 

The teacher can see all of the students, however those who are seeing the Coming Soon message show as Not Started.

 Is there a way to get the other student with the Coming Soon message access to the assignment? Students are using Adobe Express for K-12, on Chromebooks with Chrome OS 132.

Hey @Amitej S.

Thanks for the response! We are in Canada. Any idea how our Adobe sync would be pulling the majority of our users as US, some as Canadian, and some as "UD" users?

Also, we are curious why this feature is disabled for Canadian teachers and students?

Hey @Tracy27277014f5bv, the Adobe Express Classroom feature is only available if the country listed in the user's (students) profile is the US. Can you please confirm if the students' profile has the same country setting?
