something is wrong with authentication

EVERYTIME I GO ONTO MY EXPRESS ACCOUNT NOTHING WILL LET ME CREATE CONTENT, I CAN GET TO THE POINT OF BEING ABLE TO ADD TEXT OR ADD MEDIA, OR SHAPES, BUT NOTHING WORKS IF I TRY TO ADD ANYTHING, I CANT EVEN Change the background color there are a lot off bugs with this program and im really about done with it. I just cant deal with all of these problems, inefficiencies, and when hitting these roadblocks it really kills the inspiration, and the flow. its honestly getting old.
