Hello, everytime I try to edit a document or start a new project, just gives me the message unable to open the document, go back and sets me to the homepage. What is going on? Thanks!

I haven't been able to replicate this.
If you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
