"Something went wrong"...

I am a user through a corporate account - Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. I moved all my files to "my originals" as it told me to do and now they are there under "recent", but I can't get them in "my stuff". I'm hysterical, basically, because I'm a little island and there is just no help. I've done the Googles and hitting refresh 100 times hasn't helped. WHERE IS MY STUFF?
