Something went wrong message whenever I try to do anything

Every time I try to do anything, including copy and paste etc, I get this message: We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.

I have cleared browsing data and CACHE, I have also tried in app and on different web versions and tried logging in and out.

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you also please try creating a duplicate instance of your video file and see if the issue persists with that copy? If you continue to face difficulties with that version, could you share a link to the video with me privately?

Hi,

I’m trying to create a social post and add an image but it doesn’t let me get past the error message. It doesn’t allow me to edit anything and also happens if I create a new file. I can’t duplicate the file as it doesn’t save. I have tried refreshing the page but the error message comes back, when I return to homepage I can’t see my work.

Thanks for your response. Could you please share your Adobe ID with me via private message? Also, did you check on another browser to see if that helps? Which browser and operating system are you using, and what's its version? Since when have you been seeing this issue?
