Hi @sanket_9207,

Thanks for reaching out — and sorry you’re running into this issue!

The “Something went wrong, please try again” error usually points to a session or connection problem. Here are a few quick steps to try:

Log out and back in to Adobe Express
Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Adobe Express > Storage > Clear Cache)
– Make sure you’re on a stable internet connection
– Check for app updates in the Play Store

If it still doesn’t work, please share your device model and Android version — we’re here to help!

Here's a few things to try:

1) Check File Type/Size: Make sure your photo is in a supported format (like JPG, PNG) and under the size limit. This is probably the #1 problem I run into when getting the same error.

2) Internet Connection: Ensure your connection is stable. You never know. Just check it.

3) Browser Update: Try updating your browser or using a different one. Usually not the case, but try this one as a last resort.

4) Clear Cache: Sometimes clearing browser cache helps.

5) Try Another File: Upload a different photo and make sure it's in the right format and within the size allotment to see if the issue is with the file.

6) Restart Device: Sometimes a simple restart works. Strange but true.

Let me know if any of this helps.
