Something went wrong.Please try again error

Hello. Over the last few days, when I try to open Adobe Express in my mobile phone (Android) I'm getting the error "Something went wrong. Please try again". The Internet connection is active fyi, and I don't try to switch wifi or anything like that.

i already:

1. Cleared the cache.

2. Uninstalled the application and reinstalled it.

3. Restarted my phone.

 However,I keep getting the same error.

 My phone is a Moto G Stylus 5G
