Sound has disappeared again!!!!

My Sound has disappeared in the last 2 videos I've made since signing up for the free trial of Adobe Express Pro.  I've used this software in the past without issue. Now I can't get the sound which is hearable to stay hearable before I'm done with the video and can upload it. I've tried turning off the computer and tried downloading the video before uploading into a new video. Nothing works so far. Arghhhhhhh!   Help would be appreciated.

Is there any update on what is causing this? I'm going through the same thing when I save and come back certain clips audio/waveforms are missing and i can't get them back. I spend more time problem solving getting nowhere then 

using the apps and getting work done. This is frustrating, especially with important projects. If anyone has any experience or can help this would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the video I created and the sound effects are not playing (no sound) or are completely off timing.

Hi, I have the same problem. It has worked when I was creating video, then I saved it and the next morning it had no sound. I was doing this on iPhone new adobe express app. Now when I tried to exchange the song, it places it there without any sound. And no error messages.

Hello Linda, 

 

Sorry about this, this is frustrating! Is it the audio from your video file that isn't playing or the audio from a music track that you've added that isn't playing? Are you on desktop or on mobile?

It's doing the same thing to me and I have the paid version. I am losing my mind!

Apologies for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express.  Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

 


Please let us know if this helps. Also helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
