Special Characters Not Recognized

PDF versions changed special characters in Indigenous languages and replaces with multiple letters instead. This causes margins to change and ultimately changes the layout of the document. You can see this on the first page of the document attached where overlap occurred and extra letters were added in the "thank you" message at the back of the brochure. This is causing issues for print and saving documents.
