Cant Create Classes "Error While Saving Class Details" in Adobe Express

Hello Adobe Community,

I am using a MacBook and an iMac, and I am working in the web version of Adobe Express.

I keep getting this message every time I try to create a class: "Error While Saving Class details."

I have spoken with my district IT department, but they could not fix it. I also contacted Adobe Support several times. I have been disconnected from chats and transferred repeatedly. One representative said they would send three setup links, but I received more than twenty showing how to create a class. I already know how to do that. The issue is that the system will not let me save one.

I am an educator preparing students for their Adobe Express certification exam, and I cannot move forward because of this error. Please have someone review my account and fix the issue so I can create classes and assign activities.

Hello, again, It is for Adobe Express for Education Account.  k12.    I used to have the acces but for some reason I dont have it anymore. I see the "create clasroom" but I get the error.
