storage full- but it's not

I am getting a message that my storage is full and I need to upgrade... yet I have no files in here at all. So I am unable to open the document someone sent to me.

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still need help, as it has been a while since this was last reported.

It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. The storage space can be freed up by deleting unused files.

The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
