Storage Full / No Files

Notification that storage is full, and I cannot create new files. But there is nothing IN my files. I have no saved anything.

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. The storage space can be freed up by deleting unused files.

The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
