Storage issue

Adobe express keeps telling me that my storage is full however I have cleared my storage completely.

Do you use Photoshop elements web, or the organizer found in photoshop elements?   Do you use Photoshop?   Photoshop likes to save things to the cloud.   With the basic Photography plan you only get 20GB of space, which can fill up fast.  Don't forget about Lightroom- all those programs share that 20gb of space found in the basic photogrraphy plan.
