Hello, I am getting a message that the storage is full but it is empty. what shold I do?

Hi @kohav creative are you using other Creative Cloud products such as Llightroom?
If so, please try accessing https://lightroom.adobe.com/ and https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and delete some of the old files to free up your space.  cc @Pamela Zoni
