Storage limit reached?

Hi, it says I've used 39GB on my adobe storage. But actually I have used less than 100MB. Now I cannot make more new images on Adobe Express because it thinks I've reached over 6GB limit. Can you please help me solve this problem?

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. The storage space can be freed up by deleting unused files.

The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
