Storage limits & Mobile App Unavailability
I’ve been reflecting on the functionality of your app, and I appreciate the hard work that goes into it. However, I’d love to see some enhancements that could make the user experience even better, particularly for mobile users like me.
First, it would be fantastic to have the ability to easily clear the cache or set up auto-deletion directly within the app. Having to rely on desktop access to manage these features feels a bit limiting, especially since many of us predominantly use mobile devices for our tasks. I believe creating a seamless experience across platforms would greatly benefit everyone.
I understand that coordinating between different teams can sometimes lead to oversight. It seems there might be a communication gap between marketing and operations regarding user needs. Your target market includes both professionals and casual users, so it's important to ensure the app meets the expectations of all demographics.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the forums and resources available don’t always provide clear guidance for these issues, which can be frustrating. It feels like there’s an opportunity to improve the accessibility of information about cache management. Users shouldn’t have to navigate through complicated procedures to accomplish something so fundamental.
