Students unable to publish or download

Students are using Animate from Audio, and some students are at times able to download or publish their video, but most students are unable to and getting a message that it cannot be downloaded or the link cannot be published.

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
