Subtitles is not working

Since a couple months ago I tried to upload my file, even with the smallest ones,  it keeps showing just "uploading file" even when I can see all the video uploaded in the timeline bellow :c Help pls

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
