sync problem with downloaded video

This edited and downloaded video file loses lip-sync only when played in Windows Media Player and other default Windows media player apps. It plays in perfect sync when viewed in other player apps sync such as VLC. It's a weird sync anomaly that occurs only in Windows media player software and apps.

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please ensure you're using the updated version of the operating system you're on. Also, check if the apps installed locally are up to date for example-Windows Media Player.
