System requirements incomplete to run the program

I had to do a school project given by my teacher on Adobe express when I opend the classroom link it was responding but then the page showed the system requirements are not complete I clicked on the link provided to know the possible issues and tried to solve them but it didn't help at all. I want to know the exact issue and the way tro solve it.

Are you using a school chromebook?    Some older chromebooks probably won't meet the basic program specs.
Districts will throttle connectivity during periods of state testing where hundreds or thousands of chromebooks are logged into a district network.

Adobe Express has system requirements for both desktop and mobile platforms. On desktop, it supports Windows 8.1 or later and macOS 10.13 or later, with a minimum of 4GB of RAM. For mobile devices, it requires iOS 14 or later and Android 9.0 or later. Adobe Express also requires an internet connection to function.
