Tagging doesn't work in scheduler

When I tag someone in the scheduler, it then ends up as a link to their social page. So it's a long garbled URL instead of their name. Looks AWFUL.

Hi

I'm not sure what I can show you.
If you write a post and try to mention a company that function is no longer
working.
A screenshot would just show you tge written post.
Are your developers not able to test at their end with a dummy post??

A screenshot won't really tell you anything. I write the post and press @
with the company name and it doesn't drop down with any names. It just
doesn't pick up anything like it used to!

It was happening with both my hashtags and my @mentions.
Awful.

I've had to stop using the scheduler.

Hi there

It's the @mentions. These worked until your recent update.

For confirmation...what doesn't work now (but used to):

1. @mentions
2. Preview draft without losing the post
3. Duplicating a previous post. The 'more' button only gives the option to
delete.

Hope this can get sorted.

Our developers followed up with a question around this. They're wanting know if this is in relation to tagging done with hashtags or @mentions. We already have an open issue with hashtags appearing as URL's when published but they wanted to check if this is the same issue or something different.

I am not even able to tag with the updated version! Have emailed help a number of times but no one gets back. We may cancel our susbcriptions as this is just a really awful platform

Sorry for your difficulties. Would it be possible share a screenshot of how you're tagging them in the scheduler and of the resulting garbled URL? I want to share the issue with our developers but want to ensure I fully understand the issue and to provide an example when reporting it.
