I hope this message finds you well. My name is Aman Baghel, and I am writing to report two technical issues related to my Adobe subscription.

  1. Firefly White Screen Issue: Whenever I click on Firefly, it displays a white screen, and I am unable to use the feature. I have a paid plan, and this issue is affecting my workflow. Could you please investigate and provide a solution?

  2. Text-to-Image Generator Error: When I try to use the text-to-image generator on Adobe Express, I receive an error message that says, “Please try again later.” I am a Mac user, I rely on this feature, and its unavailability is causing inconvenience. Can you assist in resolving this issue promptly?
