Bonjour, 

Je rencontre un problème lorsque que je veux télécharger ma Vidéo.

Un message s'affiche disant : "Nous travaillons sur votre fichier. Vous pourrez bientôt le télécharger."

Cependant, ce message ne disparaît jamais et je ne parviens pas à télécharger mon fichier.

 

Que puis-je faire ?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

You may also try to duplicate the project and let us know if that helps or not.
