Template users cannot overtype text layer which has custom typeface, or add fonts to do so

Having shared a template with a colleague for View and Use, they are unable to edit a text layer. The layer uses a custom font, is locked but allows editing of the text.
They have no means of uploading the custom font within the brand for which they are only a user, not an editor.

As a bigger issue, it's odd that all individual users each have to upload the custom font, rather than the creator's upload taking care of it for all users.
