Templates Interface Count Error (iPad)

When you select the "Templates" section the country of origin is pre-selected as default. However, there is no other selection and the "Clear" object shows (2) instead of (1). In comparison, the desktop web version shows both the pre-selected country and a "Global" option.  The option under "Price > All" is not counted in either version. When "Clear" is pressed the count disappears. I think the "Global" option is counted but not shown in the iPad version. I've attached a screenshot highlighting the initial states.
